Our dolls are shipped Mon-Fri. Our goal is to ship your order within 3 business days of receiving the order. The estimated standard shipping time is 7 to 10 business days. For faster delivery, Priority shipping is available and shipping costs will be increased accordingly. The estimated priority shipping time is 3 to 5 business days. Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, APOs, and International orders will only be serviced by USPS and cost more. Shipping rates and policies are subject to change without notice.

If you are paying with a check or money order, please email us,and include the name of the doll you wish to purchase, your name, mailing address and which shipping priority you prefer. We will answer your email and tell you where to send the check or money order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, money orders, cashier's checks, personal checks . Orders are taken online 24 hours a day. Please allow extra processing time if paying with personal check. Your order will not ship until the check clears the bank. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions.

Pricing Disclaimer

We are not responsible for incorrect pricing relating to our online gallery. Therefore, prices are not final until your order is accepted by our Staff. If an error is found you will be contacted with a correct price at which point you may either continue with your order at the new price or cancel your order.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, simply return the item for exchange or refund . Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of your order. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number, which can be obtained by contacting us via e-mail. We are not responsible for any return packages lost in transit. Any returned items are inspected to insure all original packaging intact. Customer is responsible for the original and return shipping cost.

Replacement is subject to item availability. If exact replacement is not available, replacement will be a comparable item of at least equal value.


Damaged Merchandise

Damages should be reported within 5 days of receipt of the order. Keep the box containing the damaged merchandise for proof. We will do our best to replace any damaged items you receive.
Follow these steps to return damaged merchandise:
1. Have the following information available:
a. Order Confirmation Number
b. Item Number of damaged merchandise
c. Tracking number
2. Contact us via e-mail to obtain instructions and a Return authorization (RA) number.
3. Re-box the damaged merchandise in it's original packing and copies of any packing slips or paperwork received if possible. Write the RA number on the outside of the box.
4. Return us the damaged merchandise.
